The organisation is seeking a Lead Architect to drive solution design, support pre-sales activities, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business challenges into scalable and innovative technical solutions aligned with client needs
- Lead technical contributions in pre-sales activities, including proposals, bids, and client presentations
- Define high-level architectures and ensure alignment between solution design and delivery execution
- Provide governance and oversight during project delivery to ensure quality, security, and scalability
- Mentor and guide architects and senior consultants across multiple engagements
- Identify risks and define mitigation strategies throughout both pre-sales and delivery phases
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and designing complex IT solutions
- Strong background in client-facing roles, including pre-sales or consulting environments
- Proven ability to link technical solutions with business value and commercial outcomes
- Solid understanding of architecture frameworks, governance, and large-scale transformation programmes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities in complex and fast-paced environments
