A global financial services organization operating critical market infrastructure is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Engineer to join its cybersecurity team. The successful candidate will help design, implement, and maintain secure identity governance solutions, ensuring that users receive appropriate access to business resources while supporting strict security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise identity governance and access management solutions.
- Translate business, security, and compliance requirements into technical designs, process flows, and system configurations.
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot custom integrations between identity management solutions and critical business applications.
- Monitor the identity management infrastructure to ensure its performance, availability, security, and scalability.
- Conduct security assessments, identify access-related risks, and implement appropriate remediation measures and controls.
- Collaborate with IT operations, cybersecurity, compliance, and business teams to resolve technical issues and support regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least six years of experience in identity and access management deployment, engineering, or solution design.
- Strong experience with enterprise identity governance platforms, including application integration and custom connector development.
- Solid development and scripting knowledge, with experience modifying source code and working with databases and enterprise applications.
- Experience integrating identity management solutions with security monitoring and privileged access management platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and experience working independently within Agile, multicultural, and cross-functional environments.
