Halian is committed to conducting its business with honesty and integrity and in line with our core values. We take appropriate steps to ensure policy and commitment are communicated, understood, and that individuals conduct themselves and their activities compliantly. However, we understand that like all organisations, we face the risk of things going wrong from time to time, or of unknowingly harbouring illegal or unethical conduct.
If you have concerns, as a member of the NES Fircroft Group, you can access a “Speak up” portal to report any alleged breaches of legal or regulatory obligations, financial fraud including accounting internal controls and auditing, or any other alleged contravention of NES Fircroft's Code and company policies.
Issues and concerns can be reported using the web form, and may be reported anonymously where permissible by local laws and regulations.
