Reimagine How Modern Enterprises Operate

We are looking for a Process Reengineering Manager to help transform how large organisations operate, leveraging technology, automation, AI, and process excellence methodologies.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on solving complex operational challenges and delivering measurable transformation at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do

  • Lead enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives
  • Redesign critical business processes and operating models
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement
  • Drive continuous improvement programmes
  • Partner with business leaders to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Align process redesign efforts with enterprise technology capabilities
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and transformation activities
  • Develop future-state process frameworks and governance models

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in process excellence, transformation, or consulting environments
  • Proven business process reengineering experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement skills
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working across functional and operational teams

Nice to Have

  • SAP transformation experience
  • Signavio, Celonis, ARIS, or process mining tools
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Change management capability
  • Automation and AI-enabled process transformation experience
