Programme Director for Technology programme (m/f/d)

The company is undertaking significant enterprise‑wide technology transformation initiatives and is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to drive large‑scale, strategic technology programmes that support long‑term organizational growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi‑entity technology programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.

Define, structure, and manage major technology workstreams, including infrastructure modernization, platform migrations, cloud transformation, and operating model evolution.

Oversee programme governance, delivery milestones, KPIs, financials, and risk management to ensure sustainable and controlled execution.

Build strong relationships across senior leadership teams, influencing decision‑making and securing alignment on programme vision and outcomes.

Guide and motivate cross‑functional teams within a matrix environment, fostering transparency, momentum, and high‑quality delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Extensive experience (10+ years) leading large‑scale technology or transformation programmes within complex organizations.

Strong background in IT‑driven initiatives such as infrastructure transformation, platform modernization, or cloud‑related programmes.

Proven leadership capabilities, including team empowerment, stakeholder management, and navigating high‑uncertainty environments.
