Senior Associate / Manager – Digital Health Business Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially minded, and relationship-focused professional to join our Digital Health team as a Senior Associate or Manager – Digital Health Business Partner. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Digital Health teams, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into impactful digital initiatives that improve healthcare outcomes, operational efficiency, and service delivery. 

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to assigned stakeholders, building strong relationships, understanding complex business challenges, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital health solutions. Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership

• Serve as the primary Digital Health contact for assigned business sectors and senior stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships and develop a deep understanding of sector priorities, challenges, and operating models.
• Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities where digital capabilities can improve healthcare delivery, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed of priorities, project progress, key decisions, risks, and dependencies. 
• Gather, analyse, and challenge business requirements to ensure clear problem definition.
• Translate complex business needs into structured problem statements, requirements, and digital solution opportunities.
• Develop practical recommendations and options for addressing strategic and operational challenges.
• Support the design and development of new digital health initiatives from concept through execution. 
• Prioritise business requests based on strategic value, business impact, urgency, and feasibility.
• Coordinate across Digital Health functions including Product, Technology, Data, AI, Interoperability, and Programme Delivery teams.
• Align stakeholders on project scope, timelines, ownership, milestones, and expected outcomes.
• Track delivery progress, proactively manage risks, and facilitate issue resolution. 
• Contribute to the development of digital health roadmaps and transformation strategies.
• Support business case development, opportunity assessments, and impact evaluations.
• Stay informed on emerging trends across healthcare, life sciences, digital health, AI, and technology.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical initiatives with measurable outcomes and business value. 

Required Experience

• 2-4 years of experience within management consulting, strategy consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience managing stakeholders and supporting cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading stakeholders, managing complex workstreams, and driving transformation initiatives independently.
• Strong track record of delivering strategic projects and influencing senior decision-makers
