System Analyst – Cards & Payments
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to support Cards and Payments systems, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Prepare functional specifications, system flows, and interface mappings
- Perform impact analysis for changes and enhancements
- Support system integration, solution design, and delivery with internal IT teams
- Assist in SIT, UAT, and regression testing, ensuring defect resolution
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit standards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cards and payments systems (issuing, acquiring, authorization, settlement)
- Experience with SQL and data analysis using relational databases
- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
