The company is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to strengthen its quality engineering capabilities and support the delivery of reliable, scalable, and automated testing solutions across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and reusable automation assets.

• Collaborate with delivery and testing teams to understand automation needs and promote best practices.

• Support roadmap delivery by managing automation‑related capacity, planning, and performance metrics.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the automation strategy and vision.

• Guide and upskill teams in automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Ensure alignment of automation activities with broader organizational initiatives and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in scripting and automation using tools such as UFT, Java, Cucumber, Selenium, RestAssured, C#, SpecFlow, RestSharp, VBA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Git, Unix, IBM MQ, SQL, and GitHub Copilot.

• Proven ability to design automation frameworks from scratch and implement automation strategies.

• Experience with BDD/TDD and mastery of various testing phases and environments.

• Background working across multiple technologies and distributed platforms, including offshore collaboration.

• Experience in complex or regulated industries, preferably financial services.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving, creativity, and a proactive, results‑driven approach.
