Test Engineer – ATM & Cards
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Test Engineer specializing in ATM and Cards systems to support testing, validation, and quality assurance across payment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute testing for ATM and cards systems, ensuring system quality and stability
- Support UAT, system testing, and integration testing activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues in coordination with teams
- Manage SLA and KPI tracking for testing and system support
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for issue resolution
- Support system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
- Provide project support for new implementations and enhancements
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with ATM systems and switches (e.g., Base24 EPS)
- Deep knowledge of cards and payments systems (debit, credit, prepaid)
- Understanding of ISO message formats and payment networks (Visa, MasterCard)
- Knowledge of ATM protocols (NDC, IFX) and terminal systems
- Experience with EMV, payment security, and key management systems
- Familiarity with PCI standards and payment security frameworks
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
