Business Analyst AI & Data Innovation (m/f/d)

Our client is accelerating the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and data-driven solutions across multiple business domains. To support these initiatives, they are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping transform ideas into practical and scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
· Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
· Manage and continuously refine the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and delivery teams.
· Support the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions, intelligent search capabilities and data-driven applications.
· Coordinate testing activities, UAT sessions and business validation processes.
· Drive communication between business users, project teams and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital transformation, data or AI-related projects.
· Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
· Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
· Knowledge of AI and data concepts such as Generative AI, intelligent assistants, semantic search or data-driven solutions.
· Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar collaboration platforms.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both French and English.
