Change & Enablement Specialist (m/f/d)

A large international organisation operating in a highly regulated financial services environment, currently undergoing a major transformation programme to modernise its engineering and quality practices. The organisation places strong emphasis on adoption, communication, and behavioural change to ensure sustainable transformation across delivery teams.


Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver change management and engagement plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Create clear, user‑friendly communication and enablement materials to support adoption of new practices
  • Support awareness initiatives through workshops, roadshows, demos, and feedback sessions
  • Translate complex engineering and quality concepts into actionable, adoption‑focused content
  • Maintain governance artefacts such as change plans, communication calendars, and progress tracking dashboards
  • Monitor adoption, identify resistance risks, and contribute to structured reporting for leadership

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in change management, communication, or transformation roles
  • Solid understanding of Agile ways of working and structured change management approaches
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills to simplify complex topics for varied audiences
  • Experience supporting change initiatives in large, regulated organisations
  • Proven ability to work closely with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, user‑focused, and comfortable working in evolving and ambiguous environments
