A leading aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Systems & ERP Support Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s ERP system, IT infrastructure, and end-user environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for ERP and IT support, ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency across business and production operations.
Responsibilities
ERP Support & Administration: Provide first- and second-line support for ERP users across all functions, administering and troubleshooting the ERP system (IFS ERP experience preferred). Support master data, user access control, workflows, reporting, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives while delivering user training and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure administration, or ERP support roles. Experience with IFS ERP is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, backup systems, and cybersecurity practices.
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments; aerospace experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
