The organization is seeking a skilled Functional Analyst to support business and technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Analyze end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and challenge assumptions constructively.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable deliverables.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, developers, and testers to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with technical standards.
- Support the successful delivery of technology initiatives by ensuring alignment between business expectations and implemented solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within a complex IT environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, data flows, and solution architecture principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, balancing attention to detail with a broader business perspective.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French considered a strong asset.
