We're looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead and coordinate cloud migration activities across multiple European sites. This is a high-impact freelance opportunity within a structured, international environment.

Your Mission :

As Implementation Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of site migrations to a cloud-based environment. You’ll work closely with technical teams, project managers, and clients to ensure readiness, smooth rollout, and closure of each site.
 

Key Responsibilities :

Site Readiness

• Assess site infrastructure, resources, and constraints

• Conduct remote and onsite meetings to gather requirements

• Complete readiness checklists and identify risks

• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues before rollout

Implementation Planning

• Schedule user enrolments, trainings, and data migrations

• Plan logistics for device delivery, setup, and provisioning

• Define MS Teams and channel structures

Onsite Execution

• Oversee hardware distribution, account setup, and printer/data migration

• Ensure smooth transition to cloud services

• Maintain daily reporting and brief stakeholders on progress

Closure & Handover

• Lead closure briefings with clients

• Track and resolve remaining issues

• Ensure support structures and ticketing workflows are in place

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Cloud Ops, PMs, and technical leads

• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams

• Document processes and ensure secure, auditable practices
   

What You Bring :

• 8+ years of experience in IT migration projects (military/structured environments preferred)

• Solid understanding of project management principles and lifecycle

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Fluent in English (French is a plus)

• Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive situations
