Du möchtest internationale IT-Projekte mit hoher strategischer Relevanz steuern und aktiv zum Erfolg globaler Integrations- und Transformationsinitiativen beitragen? Dann werde Teil eines internationalen Teams und übernimm Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle IT-Integrationsprojekte in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld.
- Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung internationaler IT-Projekte
- Begleitung von IT-Integrationen von der Analysephase bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe in den Betrieb
- Steuerung von Projektumfang, Zeitplänen, Budgets, Ressourcen sowie Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
- Koordination internationaler IT-Teams und relevanter Stakeholder
- Sicherstellung der IT-Readiness in verschiedenen Projekt- und Integrationsphasen
- Abstimmung und Steuerung von Themen rund um Infrastruktur, Netzwerk, Workplace, Security, Identity Management, ERP-Systeme und Business-Applikationen
- Transparente Kommunikation des Projektfortschritts sowie aktives Management offener Entscheidungen und Eskalationen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Standards und Best Practices im Projekt- und Integrationsmanagement
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Experten sowie Business-Stakeholdern auf internationaler Ebene
Das bringst du mit
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement und in der eigenständigen Steuerung komplexer Projekte
- Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management sowie in der Koordination mehrerer paralleler Workstreams
- Sicherer Umgang mit Projektplanung, Meilensteinen, Budgets und Risikomanagement
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu strukturieren und zielgerichtet voranzutreiben
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Gutes Verständnis von IT-Landschaften und technologischen Zusammenhängen
- Erfahrung in Infrastruktur-, Netzwerk-, Security- oder Cloud-Umgebungen von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
