A leading organization operating in the financial services sector, providing innovative digital solutions and customer-focused services. The company is currently seeking an experienced Java Analyst Developer to join its IT team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of critical business applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise IT applications using modern software development practices.
- Contribute to functional analysis, validate business requirements, and support the successful delivery of IT projects.
- Perform code reviews, testing activities, release management, and ensure compliance with development standards.
- Support application maintenance by resolving incidents, analyzing root causes, fixing defects, and implementing continuous improvements.
- Provide user support, define service levels, contribute to support procedures, and monitor operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate project status effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java development (Java 7/8/11/17), Spring Framework, SQL, REST APIs, concurrent programming, and enterprise application development.
- Experience with modern development and DevOps tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of frontend and integration technologies including ReactJS, Redux, JSON, XML, SOAP, and REST-based architectures.
- Understanding of cloud environments, containerization technologies, security best practices, and secure coding principles.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with business stakeholders.
