Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:

Technical Skills
1. CAD & Design
-
Proficiency in designing parts and assemblies using SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, or similar CAD tools.

Ability to create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Strong understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
-
Working knowledge of GD&T and relevant standards (ASTM, ISO, EN, etc.).
2. Materials & Manufacturing
-
Knowledge of materials including 3D‑printing polymers, aluminum, titanium, steels, and composites.
-
Understanding of manufacturing processes: 3D printing, milling, turning, casting, forging, welding, and heat treatments.
3. Robotics & Mechatronics Fundamentals
-
Basic understanding of robot kinematics and dynamics.
-
Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and electromechanical components.
-
Ability to design layouts for electrical and electronic components.
4. Analysis & Simulation
-
Hands‑on analytical calculations: kinematics, basic strength of materials, applied mechanics.
-
Basic awareness of FEA concepts: meshing, convergence, boundary conditions, and load cases.
5. Programming & Scripting
-
Experience with Python, MATLAB, or similar scripting languages for automation, analysis, or simulation tasks.
6. Testing & Validation
-
Ability to develop test procedures for standard specimens and prototype structures.

Experience with rapid prototyping, including 3D printing, metalwork, assembly, soldering, and wiring.
Hands‑On Experience
