A leading organization is seeking an experienced Odoo Architect to support complex ERP transformation initiatives and help expand its Odoo practice. This strategic, client-facing role combines solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, business development, and advisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing enterprise-grade solutions while contributing to the growth of a rapidly evolving practice.
Responsibilities
- Design and define end-to-end Odoo solutions that address both business and technical requirements.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable architectures.
- Provide architectural guidance throughout the full project lifecycle, from solution design to implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment between business and technical teams.
- Support commercial activities through client presentations, solution proposals, and strategic discussions.
- Contribute to the development and expansion of the Odoo practice by sharing expertise and helping shape future offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise business applications.
- Proven experience designing and delivering Odoo solutions in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of both functional business processes and technical architecture principles.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
