We’re looking for experienced PHP developers to join a high-impact project focused on modernizing training and learning management systems.
 

Key Responsibilities

Custom Development:

• Adapt existing PHP-based applications for deployment to Microsoft Azure Cloud

• Design and develop new features based on business requirements and user stories

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Owners to enhance usability and user experience

• Optimize performance, security, and code quality

• Conduct accessibility testing (e.g., screen readers)

• Produce technical and user documentation

• Provide effort estimates and contribute to sprint planning

• Set development standards and track software metrics

• Prototype solutions and deliver training to system administrators

Maintenance & Technical Support:

• Perform adaptive maintenance to ensure compatibility with system upgrades and infrastructure changes

• Resolve bugs, vulnerabilities, and performance issues

• Implement preventive measures to avoid future failures

• Act as 2nd and 3rd line technical support

• Maintain documentation and collaborate on evolving business needs

Acceptance Criteria

• Maintenance covers all software layers and components

• 90% of bugs and issues resolved by end of each sprint

• Deliverables must meet quality standards and configuration tracking

• All feedback and defects must be documented and addressed
