Programme Governance & Delivery

  • Lead governance across all AI-related programme streams, covering the full lifecycle from initiation through to value realisation
  • Establish and manage programme structures including RAID registers, decision frameworks, and escalation routes
  • Ensure delivery accountability across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and business transformation
  • Develop clear, executive-ready reporting for senior leadership and board stakeholders, focused on insights and actions
  • Oversee dependencies between parallel workstreams and proactively identify and resolve conflicts
