Overview
Lead PMO governance, financial control, and portfolio coordination across complex robotics and engineering R&D programs, ensuring structured delivery and operational discipline.
Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce PMO governance, standards, and reporting
- Oversee portfolio performance (KPIs, risks, timelines, dependencies)
- Deliver consolidated reporting (progress, financials, risks)
- Manage project administration, compliance, and documentation
- Lead budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Coordinate logistics, assets, and operational activities
- Act as key interface between teams, leadership, and support functions
- Drive process improvement and PM capability uplift
Requirements
- 7+ years in project/program management in engineering environments
- Strong PMO governance and multi-project experience
- Mandatory experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or similar domains
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Basic contract and compliance understanding
- Strong stakeholder management
- Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
