We are looking for a Program Manager on Infrastructure to join our client, a big EU Institution based in Luxembourg. This is fully on site.

Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating complex infrastructure projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. SAFe Leadership
Provide strong leadership and guidance in the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across various teams within the organization.
2. Program Oversight
Oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and are executed successfully.
3. Customer Engagement
Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals, translating them into actionable project plans.
4. Resource Management
Effectively allocate and manage technical teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and alignment with project objectives.
5. Risk Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
6. Quality Assurance
Implement best practices for quality assurance and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
7. Communication
Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

SAFe Expertise: Proven experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ideally holding SAFe certifications.
Infrastructure Experience: Previous experience in managing infrastructure projects, including network, hardware, and software components.
Program Management: Strong program management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and align technical teams accordingly.
Curiosity: A natural curiosity and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: Relevant project management or agile certifications are a plus.
