Job Description: Project Manager Location: Abu Dhabi Experience Required: 8–10 Years
About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager with deep experience in digital transformation projects, especially in AI,cloud, smart city and data-related initiatives. The role requires strong vendor and partner management skills, ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple stakeholders, service providers, and customers. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who can manage complex projects across technical, business, and vendor ecosystems, ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects.
Manage vendor and partners: Partner evaluations, oversee contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation paths.
Drive adoption of AI, cloud services, data governance, and analytics solutions.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and sign-off checkpoints with stakeholders.
Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
8–10 years of project management experience in the UAE (mandatory).
Experience of managing projects in government/private industry.
Strong track record of vendor/partner management and managing third-party service providers.
Experience in AI, Data, Robotics, Cloud, and Data transformation projects.
Hands-on experience with IT project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent certification (preferred).
Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
Languages:
English – fluent (mandatory)
Chinese (Mandarin) – (mandatory)
