As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning systems that power next-generation AI products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, production-grade AI solutions, particularly in the area of Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Build, train, and deploy machine learning models to support advanced AI applications
- Generative AI: Work with cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- System Design: Translate business use cases into scalable ML and AI solutions
- Model Optimisation: Monitor performance, evaluate outputs, and continuously improve models in production
- Data Pipelines: Design and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality inputs for ML models
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields

Strong experience working with LLMs and fine-tuning techniques

Proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages)

Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as:
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- scikit-learn

Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks, such as:
- LangChain
- LlamaIndex
- LangGraph
- Vector databases (e.g. Weaviate)

Proven track record of building production ML systems and solving real-world problems

Experience designing data pipelines and ML infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (preferred)
