Systems Development Lead (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Systems Development Lead to support the development of electronic systems within the electrified mobility domain. In this role, you will act as the focal point for Systems Engineering activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful delivery of development milestones throughout the product lifecycle.
You will work closely with customers, technical leads, project stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality system development, effective requirements management, and timely project execution.

Responsibilities:
· Lead and coordinate Systems Engineering activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
· Manage project planning, deliverables, milestones, and release readiness.
· Act as the primary technical interface between customers and engineering teams.
· Oversee requirements management, traceability, and change control activities.
· Coordinate software, hardware, testing, safety, and manufacturing stakeholders.
· Drive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar.
· Experience in automotive electronics, eMobility, or embedded systems development.
· Strong background in Systems Engineering and ECU development.
· Hands-on experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Polarion.
· Knowledge of JIRA and automotive standards including ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
