Role Overview
We are seeking a technical AI Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions, translating business needs into scalable and secure technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and user stories
- Lead programme governance and roadmap delivery
- Ensure production readiness (monitoring, security, compliance)
- Manage full AI lifecycle deployment and feedback loops
- Navigate regulatory and data privacy constraints
- Act as stakeholder interface for delivery reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience delivering AI/cloud-based applications
- Exposure to SOC/NOC environments
- Strong cloud understanding (Azure/AWS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Experience driving AI adoption
