AI Development Expert (m/f/d)

A large international organization is accelerating its digital transformation and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across multiple business domains.
As part of this initiative, the organisation is strengthening its AI delivery capabilities in order to move from experimental use cases to scalable, production‑ready solutions.
The expert will join a transversal innovation and transformation setup, working across several business units and IT teams, with a strong focus on industrialisation, governance, and long‑term value creation.
Responsibilities:
· Design and deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions from business needs to production deployment
· Translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architectures
· Develop AI use cases such as document intelligence, conversational assistants, automation and content generation
· Implement generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agent‑based workflows) integrated with internal systems
· Support industrialisation through CI/CD pipelines, MLOps practices, monitoring and optimisation
· Ensure compliance with data protection, security standards and responsible AI principles
Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong experience in AI / machine learning solution development in production environments
· Solid background in software engineering, APIs, and microservices architectures
· Hands‑on experience with generative AI, LLM‑based solutions and prompt engineering
· Good understanding of cloud platforms and AI industrialisation practices (CI/CD, MLOps)
· Ability to work in complex, multi‑stakeholder and international environments
· Excellent communication skills, able to bridge business and technical topics
