The company is seeking a Medior Application Manager to strengthen its internal IT team and support the lifecycle management of critical business applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of business applications, ensuring stability, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating needs into clear and actionable requirements.

• Support both new project initiatives and ongoing operational activities.

• Document and maintain procedures, processes, and application-related information.

• Perform functional testing, interface testing, and prepare test documentation in collaboration with the testing team.

• Oversee release processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in application management or a similar role.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and translate business needs.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Process-driven, structured, and detail-oriented approach to documentation and delivery.

• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with identity and access management or mainframe environments is considered an asset.
