Cloud Workplace & Collaboration Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Cloud Workplace & Collaboration Engineer to support the evolution of a digital workplace ecosystem and cloud-based collaboration services.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and contribute to workplace modernization and cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and services.
· Manage, maintain, and enhance collaboration and productivity platforms to deliver a reliable and efficient user experience.
· Administer identity, access, and endpoint management solutions while enforcing security and governance standards.
· Design and implement automation solutions to streamline operational processes and improve service delivery.
· Monitor cloud services and workplace environments, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization, performance improvement, and risk reduction.
· Provide advanced technical support, develop technical documentation, and promote end-user adoption through guidance and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven experience managing cloud-based workplace, collaboration, and productivity platforms within enterprise environments.
· Strong knowledge of identity and access management, authentication mechanisms, and user lifecycle management.
· Experience with endpoint management, device provisioning, and modern workplace technologies.
· Proficiency in scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
· Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance requirements, and information governance practices.
· Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
