DevOps Cloud and Automation (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & Automation Engineer to support the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of a modern cloud platform supporting multiple business-critical applications. Working within a collaborative technology environment, you will contribute to platform operations, automation initiatives, incident resolution, and service optimisation.

Responsibilities:
· Manage and support cloud-based infrastructure and containerised environments.
· Monitor platform performance, availability, and capacity to ensure operational excellence.
· Investigate technical incidents and recurring issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
· Develop and maintain automation solutions to streamline operational processes.
· Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities across the platform.
· Collaborate with development, infrastructure, networking, and security teams on platform initiatives.
· Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials.
· Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on scalability, resilience, and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Previous experience in Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Systems Administration, or a similar technical role.
· Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies and container orchestration concepts.
· Hands-on experience with Linux environments and public cloud services.
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills within complex technical ecosystems.
· Experience with scripting, automation, monitoring, and logging tools.
· Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, load balancing, security, and connectivity concepts.
· Familiarity with CI/CD practices, source control systems, or Infrastructure as Code methodologies is advantageous.
· Professional level of English communication skills.
