They are seeking an Epic Delivery Owner to support the delivery of strategic, technology‑driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain epic plans, including resource needs, cost estimates, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.

• Coordinate cross‑functional virtual teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders to guide investment decisions.

• Define governance frameworks for epics and oversee execution quality and progress.

• Lead risk, issue, and change‑control processes, ensuring timely resolution and clear action plans.

• Monitor and report epic progress to senior leadership and governance committees.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in project or program management with strong mastery of Agile methodologies.

• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to adapt communication and management style to diverse stakeholders.

• Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to operate in complex environments.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing and negotiation.

• Ability to synthesize information quickly and drive tasks to completion with an assertive mindset.

• Professional proficiency in English.
