Facility Manager - Data Center (m/f/d)

We are supporting a leading technology-driven organisation operating large-scale critical infrastructure environments. As part of its continued expansion, the company is looking for a Data Center Facility Manager to oversee operations, reliability, and optimisation of its data centre facilities.
This is a key leadership role ensuring the performance, safety, and scalability of mission-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of data centre facilities (MEP systems, building infrastructure)
Ensure high availability through preventive & corrective maintenance programmes
Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA)
Manage capacity, space utilisation, and infrastructure optimisation
Coordinate facility projects (upgrades, expansions, fit-outs) with internal teams and vendors
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory standards and manage external service providers

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong experience in data centre or critical infrastructure environments
Solid knowledge of MEP systems (power, cooling, facilities)
Proven experience in incident management and operational reliability
Leadership and vendor/stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure in mission-critical environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
