Frontier AI Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Contract
Brussels, Belgium
02.11.2026

A global financial services organisation operating in a complex and highly regulated environment is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Data Analyst to support a strategic cybersecurity programme. The role will establish trusted data foundations, models, flows, controls, metrics and analytical products to measure security exposure, prioritise remediation activities, demonstrate risk reduction and support effective decision-making.

The Data Analyst will work across vulnerability management, offensive security, system hardening, detection and response, recovery and governance, bringing together fragmented information from multiple security and operational sources to create authoritative, explainable and reusable data.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain enterprise data models covering assets, applications, services, identities, vulnerabilities, exposures, security controls, remediation activities, exceptions and supporting evidence.
  • Map and integrate data from multiple security and operational sources, defining authoritative sources, ingestion requirements, transformation logic, refresh frequencies and reconciliation controls.
  • Design end-to-end information flows covering security discovery and assessment, contextualisation, prioritisation, remediation, retesting, closure, reporting and regulatory evidence.
  • Establish strong data governance and quality controls covering completeness, accuracy, consistency, uniqueness, timeliness, ownership, lineage and traceability.
  • Design performance and risk indicators and develop dashboards for operational, management, executive and regulatory audiences, covering security exposure, remediation progress, control effectiveness and residual risk.
  • Support exposure scoring, prioritisation and analytical models, while industrialising reporting through documented metric logic, calculation testing, dashboard validation and automated data preparation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, security analytics, data management, business intelligence or information architecture within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise data models, data dictionaries, lineage, reconciliation rules, master-data principles and data-quality controls.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating and analysing data from multiple operational platforms, databases, interfaces, event streams and structured or semi-structured data sources.
  • Practical experience defining performance and risk indicators, thresholds, formulas, dashboards and management reporting within cybersecurity, technology operations or regulated programmes.
  • Strong data querying, transformation, automation and visualisation capabilities, combined with experience in statistical analysis, trend analysis, root-cause analysis and forecasting.
  • Good understanding of vulnerability management, asset management, security exposure, remediation workflows and cyber-risk concepts; professional English is required, while French or another European language is an advantage.
