Job Title: Functional Analyst Bank/Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements and business needs
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for IT teams
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding
- Support the design and implementation of solutions by validating functional analysis and ensuring compliance with business expectations
- Participate in testing activities, including defining test cases and validating system behavior against requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and supporting change management initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong experience as a Functional Analyst within banking and/or insurance environments
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with requirements documentation, process modeling, and testing methodologies
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Ability to work in agile or structured delivery environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
