IRIS Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced IRIS Integration Engineer to lead and support the Integration, Implementation, Administration, and Optimization of IRIS For Health solutions.
  • 2 year extendable contract
  • Abu Dhabi | Office based

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute at least two major implementations/integrations of IRIS For Health using FHIR standards.
  • Install, configure, administer, and support IRIS For Health solutions and IIS web servers.
  • Set up and manage all environments (DEV, TEST, STAGE, PROD, DR) with high availability and scalability.
  • Establish and maintain a Disaster Recovery site with solutions enabling 99.999% uptime.
  • Develop and maintain system administration scripts and automation tools.
  • Create tools and policies for system monitoring and health checks.
  • Design and implement system administration jobs within IRIS For Health.
  • Install and configure API Manager across environments, applying client-specific security policies.
  • Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain environments to ensure optimal performance and minimal service interruptions.
  • Conduct performance analysis and resolve infrastructure and application bottlenecks.
  • Manage product patches, releases, and upgrades to maintain security and functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve issues and optimize deployments.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including installation guides.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline deployment and operations.
  • Create training materials for system administration activities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IRIS For Health system administration.
  • Proven track record in leading IRIS For Health implementations using FHIR.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery configurations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
