IT Specialist advanced configuration

This level of support consists of high-level troubleshooting and complex tasks execution related to endpoint (laptops and desktops) configuration and management.

The typical tasks are:
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues on endpoints related to hardware, software, and security, which were not resolved at the first and second support levels.
• SCCM: Some specific tasks need to be done on the management & deployment of windows Updates, configuration of the PXE and compliance policies (monitoring and remediation).
• Analysis of IT workplace equipment on their security parts (Bios, firmware, drivers, patches).
• Analysis of security failures for operating system and desktop standard applications (Windows 10, Windows 11, M365, Chrome, Edge, Acrobat DC).
• Propose remediation for security failures (patch implementation, security modification).
• Execution/treatment of ticket concerning the IT workplace security (desktop/servers antivirus, desktop firewall, Apex One, Apex Central, Vision One, Cloud One, disk encryption, GPO, tenable scan, Zonecentral).
• Participation in different tasks related to endpoint (laptops and desktops) configuration and management under the authority of a project manager (Software evaluation/ installation / documentation / configuration).
• Technical documentation and reporting on all the above-mentioned activities.
These tasks require a deep understanding and knowledge of endpoint management.
It also requires good problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other IT staff and end-users.
