A leading organization in the financial sector, delivering innovative digital solutions to support business operations and customer services. The company is currently seeking an IT Tester to strengthen its quality assurance capabilities and contribute to reliable and efficient software delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to test planning by reviewing requirements, participating in design reviews, and providing input on test strategies.
  • Prepare and execute test campaigns, including creating detailed test cases and analyzing test results.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to identify defects and improve system performance.
  • Design, implement, and enhance test automation frameworks and processes.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain comprehensive testing documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Tester, ideally within the insurance sector.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (ISTQB, SOAP, SQL, XML, HTML).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Test Management solutions, and automation tools (e.g., ReadyAPI, Robot Framework).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in structured environments.
