We are looking for junior IT Support Engineers to join a 24/7 operations team supporting critical IT environments. The role offers strong learning exposure across multiple technologies in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities: · Provide Level 1/2 support for IT incidents and user requests · Monitor systems and react to alerts in real time · Troubleshoot and qualify technical issues before escalation · Work in a 24/7 rotation · Collaborate with local and international teams in a team-of-three setup · Document incidents, actions, and procedures
Qualifications and Skills: · Basic knowledge of IT systems (Windows, Linux) · Understanding of IT support or helpdesk environments · Strong motivation and willingness to learn (critical requirement) · Ability to work shifts (including nights and weekends) · Fluent in French and English · Team player with strong mindset and adaptability
