The company is looking for a Policy Administrator to support policy management activities and ensure excellent service to its distribution network and customers.
Responsibilities
- Register new insurance policies and process modifications to existing contracts.
- Maintain accurate policy records and ensure data quality across internal systems.
- Respond to inquiries from the distribution network via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve policy-related issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth policy administration processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in insurance policy administration or contract management.
- Good understanding of insurance products and policy lifecycle processes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
