The organisation is seeking an experienced programme management professional to support the successful delivery of this strategic initiative.
Responsibilities
- Support the leadership and coordination of a large-scale transformation programme, ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders.
- Assist senior programme leadership in driving execution, governance, planning, and delivery activities.
- Manage complex stakeholder environments and facilitate communication across multiple teams and business units.
- Oversee programme risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
- Contribute to organisational change initiatives and support the adoption of new business processes and technologies.
- Ensure programme objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale transformation programmes in complex organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working within challenging legacy system environments and transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of programme governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Approximately 10 years or more of relevant programme management experience.
