Program Purchasing Lead (m/f/d)

We are supporting an international organisation operating in a high-tech and industrial environment, looking for a Program Purchasing Lead to manage procurement activities across complex programmes and multi-regional projects.
You will play a key role in coordinating purchasing strategies, supplier management, and cost optimisation across a wide range of products and services.

Responsibilities:
· Define and execute procurement strategies aligned with program objectives and business priorities
· Support bid and pre-sales activities by providing cost analysis and contributing to commercial proposals
· Manage end-to-end supplier sourcing, selection, and onboarding across multiple categories
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service conditions with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and risk mitigation
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders (program teams, technical teams, quality) to ensure delivery, performance, and compliance
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives (cost optimisation, supplier performance, design-to-cost approach)

Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong experience in industrial procurement within complex or international environments
· Solid background in contract management and supplier relationship management
· Proven experience managing procurement activities across multi-scope programs or projects
· Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage commercial and contractual discussions
· Good understanding of both hardware and service procurement environments
· Fluent English (professional level required), with experience in multicultural environments
