We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a well-established banking organisation in Luxembourg. The role focuses on leading complex transformation and integration projects, ensuring successful delivery across multiple stakeholders, systems, and business functions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation and integration projects, from initiation to completion 

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and governance structure 

• Manage cross-functional and international teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration 

• Drive stakeholder engagement, including senior management and external partners 

• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and KPI tracking frameworks 

• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle 

• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure delivery is aligned with strategic objectives 

• Oversee change management and transition to operations 

• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of project management practices 

Requirements 

• 8+ years of experience in Project / Program Management 

• Proven track record delivering complex transformation or integration projects 

• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-border environments 

• Strong expertise in:  

• Project governance & reporting 

• Risk and change management 

• Stakeholder communication at senior level 

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models 

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills 

• Fluent in English 

Nice to Have 

• Experience in banking or financial services environments 

• Exposure to core banking systems or payments platforms 

• Familiarity with Temenos (T24) or similar systems 

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile
