Project Manager – Agile Delivery (CRM / Salesforce)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of CRM transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment in Abu Dhabi. This role combines programme management and Agile delivery expertise, with a strong focus on Salesforce and CRM ecosystems.
You will operate in a self-sufficient leadership capacity, managing multiple squads and ensuring seamless delivery of customer-centric platforms. Immediate availability is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM/Salesforce programmes across multiple Agile squads
- Drive Agile best practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and ceremonies
- Act as the primary owner for programme delivery, governance, and execution
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver CRM-driven customer solutions
- Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations across multiple workstreams
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and Salesforce platform capabilities
- Track programme KPIs, milestones, and delivery outcomes
- Provide clear reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery frameworks and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in programme management or delivery leadership
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Experience managing multiple Agile squads simultaneously
- Certification such as CSM or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Ability to lead programmes independently end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in enterprise-scale digital or CRM transformation programmes
- Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi
- Immediate or short notice availability preferred
