A large, regulated organization operating in a complex and highly controlled environment, delivering critical services across multiple business units. The organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead information security initiatives and support certification, compliance, and continuous improvement activities related to its information security management framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, certification, and ongoing maintenance of an information security management system
• Plan and manage the project lifecycle, including scope definition, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification and surveillance activities
• Conduct or oversee gap analyses, risk assessments, and maturity assessments
• Act as the central point of contact for information security initiatives across technical and business stakeholders
• Monitor compliance, track non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement actions

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager in information security, risk, or compliance environments
• Hands-on experience with information security management systems and certification processes
• Strong knowledge of risk management, control frameworks, internal audits, and compliance practices
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with strong documentation and reporting capabilities
