The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of AI, data, and analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the central point of coordination between clients, business analysts, product, and engineering teams, this role will drive execution excellence while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and data-driven projects across multiple client engagements 
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives 
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution 
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards 

Stakeholder Management & Client Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships 
• Facilitate regular project governance meetings, steering committees, and progress updates 
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across business and technical teams 
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences 

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Field Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery 
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and delivery roadmaps 
• Ensure alignment between client needs and technical solution design 

Agile Delivery & Governance

• Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative releases 
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and KPIs 
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes 

Quality Assurance & Value Delivery

• Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance processes to ensure solutions meet client requirements 
• Ensure delivered solutions drive measurable business value and ROI 
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 
• 6–10 years of experience in project management, preferably within data, analytics, or technology environments 
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects 
• Experience working with government or large enterprise clients is highly desirable 
• Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are preferred 

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project planning, execution, and risk management capabilities 
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 
• Experience managing cross-functional, technical teams 
• Strong understanding of Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Familiarity with data and analytics concepts (AI/ML exposure is an advantage) 
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
