QA Manual & Automation Engineer (Wealth & Trading)
Role Overview
We are seeking a QA Manual & Automation Engineer to support the delivery of Wealth Management and Trading platforms within a leading financial services environment.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of digital wealth and trading solutions through a combination of manual and automated testing. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, you will validate trading workflows, portfolio management journeys, onboarding processes, and system integrations, ensuring a seamless user experience and reliable platform performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both manual and automation testing, combined with experience within the Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Trading domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated testing across Wealth Management and Trading platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, and test data for SIT and UAT cycles.
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, and Cucumber.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Support defect triage, issue analysis, retesting, and resolution tracking across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Validate integrations between trading engines, onboarding APIs, brokerage platforms, and related systems.
- Verify trade lifecycle workflows, order management processes, portfolio reporting, statements, and performance reporting.
- Perform API testing and backend validation to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
- Work within Agile delivery teams and contribute to continuous testing initiatives.
- Support CI/CD testing processes and quality assurance best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience within the Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Trading domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks including:
- Selenium
- Playwright
- Cucumber
- TestNG
- Appium
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Experience working within banking or financial services environments.
- Understanding of automation best practices within enterprise-scale platforms.
