A leading international financial market infrastructure organisation providing post-trade services and supporting the safe and efficient settlement of financial transactions across global markets. The organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Project Lead to support the delivery of complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritise backlogs, coordinate incoming requests, and support change adoption across teams.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices to improve team maturity and delivery effectiveness.
- Define project governance, delivery scope, roles, responsibilities, timelines, budgets, and resource planning across initiatives.
- Oversee business, technical, operational, and financial aspects of change programmes to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assess requirements, evaluate feasibility, and support execution across multiple teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple Agile teams within complex business and technology environments.
- Strong experience managing large-scale projects across the full delivery lifecycle using both Agile and traditional project management approaches.
- Experience working with geographically distributed and offshore teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong leadership, coaching, organisational, and problem-solving skills within matrix environments.
- Professional certification in Agile and/or Project Management methodologies is highly desirable.
