Senior Java Software Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to join a dynamic international technology team responsible for building and enhancing large-scale enterprise applications. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, integration, and maintenance of critical software solutions within a complex, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
· Design, develop and maintain robust Java-based applications and backend services.
· Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and interoperability components across multiple platforms.
· Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
· Develop and execute unit and integration tests, ensuring high quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
· Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.
· Collaborate with architects, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure applications.
· Produce and maintain technical documentation related to applications and system components.
· Support deployment activities, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
· Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong experience in Java development within enterprise environments.

Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering.

· Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot and modern backend development frameworks.
· Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
· Good knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging technologies.
· Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or similar.
· Understanding of CI/CD practices, automated testing, and software quality assurance.
· Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SSO).
· Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerized environments.
