We are seeking a Senior Product Quality & Technical Resolution Manager to lead the resolution of complex technical issues impacting advanced electronic systems and products. This role requires strong expertise in root cause analysis, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure efficient problem resolution and continuous product improvement.
Responsibilities: · Lead the investigation and resolution of complex product quality and reliability issues. · Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. · Manage communication with customers regarding critical technical concerns and resolution progress. · Analyse technical data and performance indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities. · Prepare and present status reports to senior management and key stakeholders. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, robustness, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills: · Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. · Minimum 8 years of experience in product development, engineering quality, or technical problem resolution. · Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, RCA, CAPA, or equivalent. · Experience working with complex electronic systems integrating hardware, software, and system-level functions. · Proficiency with engineering and collaboration tools such as ALM, issue-tracking, or requirements management platforms. · Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
