Project Manager – Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced fintech environment. This individual will take ownership of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with regulatory expectations.
The role requires a commercially aware and hands-on professional who can collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders, manage external partners, and leverage modern tools, including AI, to enhance project performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple high-impact projects across different business areas.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business priorities.
- Manage and monitor vendor performance, ensuring strong governance and accountability.
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Act as a central point of communication, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of issues.
- Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Partner closely with technology teams, contributing to solution discussions and delivery planning.
- Drive efficiency and innovation by incorporating AI tools into project planning, monitoring, and reporting processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Solid experience (5–7 years) delivering complex programmes or projects across multiple teams.
- Strong track record in managing third-party suppliers and driving performance.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good technical understanding, allowing effective collaboration with IT teams.
- Experience working in regulated industries or compliance-heavy environments.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools or technologies applied to project delivery.

- Prior experience in fintech or financial services.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
